What to expect
Call before scheduling
The practice will ask enough information to determine whether a remote visit may be appropriate. Do not send symptoms or private medical details through Facebook or unsecured email.
Use the approved visit method
If telehealth is appropriate, the practice will provide instructions for the secure visit process. Availability depends on the clinical concern and patient circumstances.
Be prepared for another care option
Some concerns require an in-person examination, testing, urgent care, or emergency evaluation. Dr. Hall may recommend a different setting before or during the visit.
Telehealth is not for emergencies. Eligibility, availability, patient-location requirements, and pricing should be confirmed with the practice before the visit.
