A Weston native, Dr. Hall attended Glenville State College before earning his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. His years as an emergency physician and hospitalist shaped a practical, hands-on approach grounded in osteopathic principles and tailored to each patient.

As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Hall takes a whole-person approach to care, recognizing the connection between the body's structure and function. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical problems, he provides Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)—physician-provided, hands-on treatment focused on the muscles, joints, and spine to support comfort, pain relief, and improved mobility. Lifestyle changes and non-pharmacologic treatments are encouraged when appropriate, while prescription medications remain available when medically necessary as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

Hometown Wellness Center offers fee-for-service cash-pay visits, with payment due at the time of service. The practice is also beginning to accept certain insurance plans for eligible covered services.

The practice is currently in network with Aetna, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield West Virginia, and PEIA. Credentialing is pending with Cigna and Peak Health. Coverage, patient responsibility, and reimbursement depend on the individual plan and service.

Lindsay Taylor, LMT, operates her independent massage therapy practice from a private room inside Hometown Wellness Center. Her services include relaxation and deep-tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, prenatal support, and compassionate hospice massage care.

Massage appointments are scheduled directly with Lindsay and are separate from Hometown Wellness Center medical services.
