Dr. Tyler Hall, D.O.

At Hometown Wellness Center, care means being treated by someone who understands the people and the place—not just the chart.

A Weston native, Dr. Hall attended Glenville State College before earning his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. His years as an emergency physician and hospitalist shaped a practical, hands-on approach grounded in osteopathic principles and tailored to each patient.

As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Hall takes a whole-person approach to care, recognizing the connection between the body's structure and function. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical problems, he provides Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)—a hands-on approach that can help restore mobility, reduce pain, and support the body's natural ability to heal. Lifestyle changes and non-pharmacologic treatments are encouraged when appropriate, while prescription medications remain available when medically necessary as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
